Policies

We share One Basic Rule: Be the camper you want your closest neighbor to be.

In general, you can expect from us caring, friendly and respectful service. We are here to make sure your experience at our campground is peaceful and relaxing and we are committed to the sort of attention we enjoy ourselves when we camp. We ask only that you make good use of that commitment and remember that the campground is a family community.

Quiet time begins at 10PM - radios and such turned off, voices inaudible beyond your fire - and is strictly enforced for all.

  • Dogs must be kept leashed at all times while in the campground.
  • No pets in the bath house, game room or cabins, please.
  • There is an area upriver where you can let the dog off the leash, beyond site 11 in the Dickinson Memorial Forest.

  • Always pick up after your pet, everywhere, including in the woods and on trails.
  • Barking Dogs are a nuisance to other guests and must be quieted.

Drones

General Rules & Policies

We share One Basic Rule: Be the camper you want your closest neighbor to be.
Our intent is to maintain a family atmosphere, safe and comfortable for children and adults alike.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register for a campsite.
  • SPEED LIMIT throughout the park is 5 miles per hour.
  • THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL shall be done in a responsible manner by campers 21 years of age or older. Drunkenness, illegal drugs, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and will result in the offender(s) being asked to leave without refund.
  • QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Campers are welcome to enjoy their late night fires, but should not be loud enough to be heard in adjacent sites. At 10 PM all audio equipment including car radios must be turned off. Guests who choose to ignore our quiet hours expectation and our One Basic Rule, and whose behavior is seen to be disruptive to fellow campers will be asked to leave without the benefit of refund.
  • GENERATORS may be used between 10 AM and noon, and again between 3 PM and 5 PM.
  • BICYCLE RIDING during daytime hours only, and “at your own risk”.
  • SWIMMING in the river is “at your own risk”. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.
